RETURNS AND REPAIRS

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please enclose your packing list.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. For items received as a gift,  a store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once delivered. You will usually receive the refund credited to your account within 3-5 business days after return approval and inspection, depending on your card issuer's policies.  At this time exchanges will be handled as a refund 

Items Not Eligible:  All Last Chance items are final sale only and are not returnable for a refund. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Repair

All Gemour Collection and KIERA jewelry items are guaranteed by manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year.  Natural and normal wear and tear however is not covered.  Other brands' warranties are subject to the brand's company polices and we can assist you by providing you up to date information on their policies.

For all other normal wear and tear issues, we may be able to assist in repair for a nominal fee.  For more information on how to request a repair assessment, please email us at customerservice@gemour.com with full detail of your repair needs.
